FPC Property Consultants ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through https://fpcproperty.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you enter in our form: your name, phone number, email address, area, and your answers to our questions.
- If you choose one, the time you would like us to call.
- Basic visit information such as the page you came from, your device type and the ad or link you clicked.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and contact you about it, by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- To follow up on your enquiry and to keep a record of it.
- To understand which of our pages and ads work, so we can improve them.
We only contact you about your enquiry. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run this site and our enquiries: our lead-management software (HotLead, from Keene Growth), our hosting, and our email and messaging providers. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and keep proper business records. After that we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to us using it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
